The plaque that hit our home

For about a week and a half now my throat has been hurting , my sinuses have been a mess and horrible headaches. Well Friday I finally felt a little bit normal and it was nice. When I woke up Saturday I felt a little off again. Come Saturday night I knew something was wrong. Well Monday I went to the doctor and this is the picture I took waiting for my strep results. 

POSITIVE! What?!?? I have never had strep but it kicked my butt. 

Trying to stay away from your child and wear this mask so you don't get anyone else sick is horrible. William had his 15 month check up but he was running a fever do ear infection for him and possible strep but he wasn't having the doctors app so antibiotics for the both of us! 

Let's hope my husband doesn't get sick and our family gets healthy again!

Sleep

Sleep it's a glorious thing! I'm so grateful for such a good sleeper but last night was not one of those nights. Poor little guy is not feeling well and he needed Mommy to sleep on. Well I tried to lay him in his bed and nothing. I tried to lay him in my bed he cried. So I held him in my bed and he eventually fell asleep. I have wanted him to nap with me for some time but I know it's good that he sleeps in his bed. 

One thing I learned is I don't know how people sleep with a baby. I loved it but crap that boy moves everywhere which made me nervous. So needless to say he slept well but this Momma didn't. How do you make sure he doesn't fall off the bed or get up while you are still sleeping? 

I loved having him next to me but I didn't love not getting any sleep.
